Pip is a little toy robot. He wakes up in a big, modern house. But Pip thinks it is a giant space station! He tells his fun story mixed up. First, he meets a big fluffy dog named Barnaby. Pip thinks the dog is a nice alien! Then, Pip remembers yesterday. He came out of a cardboard spaceship. He met a kind boy named Leo. Later, Pip and Barnaby go to the kitchen. Pip calls it the cold ice cave. They find sweet apples to eat. Pip dreams about tomorrow. He wants to build a fort. Then he remembers playing in the water sprinklers this morning. It was a wet water planet! In the end, Pip, Leo, and Barnaby sit in their fort. They are best friends. They are safe and happy.
